Founded by the Torres family in 2019, Cheese to Share was created with a single dream in mind: to bring good people together over delicious food. And since the opening of their first location in downtown Mount Dora, the Torres family has done just that—becoming an award-winning local hub for high-end offerings in a small-town atmosphere.
Now, Cheese to Share has set its sights on a second brick-and-mortar location amongst the food stalls inside Marketplace at Avalon Park.
Offering a distinctive menu of appetizer-style options like their delicately plated charcuterie boards, artisan cheese skewers and creamy fondue, Cheese to Share’s variety of plates is as shareable as the name implies.
“We wanted to develop options that look as good as they taste, while being inspired by a Spanish tapas style that brings families and friends together,” said Cheese to Share’s owner, Luis Torres. “We are planning on offering a fully immersive menu with the highest quality and presentation. Our menu will have a variety of different creations, from cheese and charcuterie boards, cheese and chocolate fondue, and toast platters to high end sandwiches.”
Beyond envisioning new, decadent dishes for the Cheese to Share menu, dreaming up fresh ideas for the restaurant’s second location has always been top of mind for the Torres family.
“We are always working on the next creation and are excited to share our new innovations with the Avalon Park community very soon,” said Torres. “We can’t wait to start serving and sharing our creations with this beautiful community.”
