What are your hours of operation?

The Marketplace is open Sunday-Thursday:  11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday-Saturday:  11:00 am – 10:00 pm.  Rosso Coffee Bar is open daily at 7:30 am.

Is WiFi available?

Complimentary WiFi is available for guests. Simply choose “Marketplace Guest” in your WiFi options.  No password is required.

Do you have live music?

We have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, 7:00 – 10:00 pm, and Sunday afternoons.

Do you have a lost and found?

If you have lost an item at the Marketplace, please email us at with a description of your item and we will do our best to locate the item.

Do you offer special menus, like Gluten-Free and Vegan?

Each vendor procures its own menus. Most have Gluten-free and Vegan options, but you will need to contact each individual vendor specifically for their options.

Can you rent out the Marketplace for events?

The Gathering Kitchen is available for rent.  For more information, fill out the interest form located on the Gathering Kitchen page but clicking here.

Is the Marketplace pet-friendly?

The patio at the Marketplace is pet-friendly for friendly pets on a leash.  Service animals are allowed inside and outside the Marketplace.  All animals must be accompanied by their owner at all times.

Where is parking?

There is a parking lot directly behind the building with complimentary parking.   Additionally, any of the on-street, parallel parking is available at no cost.

Is smoking allowed?

The Marketplace is a smoke-free establishment.

Do you deliver?

While we do not currently deliver, we hope to be rolling out curbside pick-up in January 2022.  Currently, you can place your order online and pick it up inside.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

Marketplace does not have a universal gift card that works at all of the businesses.  However, you can purchase directly from these vendors in person:  Cheese to Share, NOLA Avalon Park, Avalon General Store, BBQ50, Bowigens, Pico De Gallo, and LemonShark Poke.
