Wine & Spice: A Sensory Tasting Experience

Join us at Avalon General for an unforgettable evening of Wine & Spice, where bold flavors and fine wines come together in a guided sensory experience.

Explore the world of American chili peppers through rich chocolate pairings and discover how heat, sweetness, and spice interact when paired with four exceptional Mi Terruño wines:
Malbec, Petit Verdot, Bonarda, and Chardonnay.

This immersive tasting will be led by International Sommelier Cecilia Gimenez, offering insight into flavor balance, aroma, and the technical art of wine pairing.
