Yumfinity Viet Bite & Thai Spice Opening in the Marketplace at Avalon Park
Soft Opening Set for August 2024
Orlando, FL (July 17, 2024) – Avalon Park Group announced today that Yumfinity Viet Bite & Thai Spice has signed a license agreement to open their fusion concept inside the Marketplace food hall in Downtown Avalon Park. The grand opening is set for September, 2024, preceded by a soft opening period beginning August 2024. Specializing in a unique fusion of Vietnamese and Thai flavors, as well as delivering authentic flavors from the owner’s grandmother’s food and childhood memories. Yumfinity is committed to preserving and celebrating the rich culinary heritage of both cultures, offering a truly authentic dining experience.
Founded by Quynh Pham and Dadar Poolaor, Yumfinity aspires to be a leading destination for Thai and Viet cuisine in a quick-service setting. The restaurant will feature a variety of signature dishes from both cuisines, emphasizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. The name Yumfinity is derived from the combination of the words Yummy and Infinity: Yumfinity=Yummy+Infinity.
The menu will include favorites such as banh mi, pad thai, green curry, and fresh spring rolls. Yumfinity will also offer Asian-inspired beverages, including Thai iced tea and fresh coconut juice.
