Thursday 2/8 – Trivia Night
– Vendors will introduce their themed menu items as trivia night gets underway.
Friday 2/9 – Party Gras:
– Entertainment featuring a four-piece ensemble reminiscent of Brown Bag for a night of lively celebration.

Saturday 2/10 – Party Gras:
– Regular entertainment to keep the party going.
– Themed menus continue the culinary journey through Mardi Gras flavors.
Sunday 2/11 – Big Game Sunday:
– Pre-game “tailgate” with food and beverage specials, including party platters of wings, tenders, and mini muffulettas.
– Promote game yard activities, including corn hole boards.
Monday 2/12 – Mardi Gras Fun Run
Tuesday 2/13 – Mardi Gras Night:
– Bingo transforms into BINGEAUX NIGHT with host Mikey and a special grand prize.
– NOLA menu featuring Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans, Etouffee, Muffulettas, Voodoo Wings, Bayou Burger, Beignets, and King Cake.
– Everyone’s themed menus continue for a final night of Mardi Gras revelry.
Last and certainly not least, you will not want to miss Divertastic Dining on February 18th, featuring the Marketplace’s own, NOLA! Cajun, Sunday, February 18, 5 pm Food by NOLA at The Pavilion at Avalon Park 13401 Tanja King Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828 Cajun-born chef and entrepreneur, Kevin Brune, successfully brought Cajun favorites to FusionFest and other locations with the Voodoo Kitchen food truck before settling with a permanent location in Avalon Park with his NOLA restaurant. In addition to his Cajun delights, a brass band will bring the music and flavor of Louisiana to this Diversitastic! Dining experience.
