What are your hours of operation?
The Marketplace is open Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday-Saturday: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
Is WiFi available?
Complimentary WiFi is available for guests. Choose “Marketplace Guest” in your WiFi options. No password is required.
Do you have live music?
We have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, 7:00 – 10:00 pm.
Do you have a lost and found?
If you have lost an item at the Marketplace, please email us at with a description of your item and we will do our best to locate the item.
Do you offer special menus, like Gluten-Free and Vegan?
Each vendor procures its own menus. Most have Gluten-free and Vegan options, but you will need to contact each individual vendor specifically for their options.
Can you rent out the Marketplace for events?
The Marketplace is available for rent outside of regular operating hours. For more information, please email: for more details.
Is the Marketplace pet-friendly?
The patio at the Marketplace is pet-friendly for friendly pets on a leash. Service animals are allowed inside and outside the Marketplace. All animals must be accompanied by their owner at all times.
Where is parking?
There is a parking lot directly behind the building with complimentary parking. Additionally, any of the on-street, parallel parking is available at no cost.
Is smoking allowed?
The Marketplace is a smoke-free establishment.
Do you deliver?
Some vendors offer delivery through 3rd Party Services, such as Uber and Door Dash.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?
Marketplace does not have a universal gift card that works for all of the businesses. However, you can purchase directly from the individual vendors.

Kick off the St. Patrick’s Day fun a little early at the Lucky Pup Dog Walk hosted by Doglando and Bowigens Beer Co. While the holiday is just around the corner, we are celebrating ahead of time on Wednesday, March 11 with a festive evening in Avalon Park.
Meet at 6:30 PM, with the walk beginning at 6:45 PM at Bowigens Beer Co., Avalon Park. Enjoy a relaxed community walk filled with great company, happy pups, and plenty of Irish spirit. We are not chasing rainbows, just dogs and draft handles.
After the walk, stick around and keep the celebration going. Oh So Sweet will be offering $2.50 Pup Cups so your four-legged friends can enjoy a special treat of their own.
