What are your hours of operation?
The Marketplace is open Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday-Saturday: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
Is WiFi available?
Complimentary WiFi is available for guests. Choose “Marketplace Guest” in your WiFi options. No password is required.
Do you have live music?
We have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, 7:00 – 10:00 pm.
Do you have a lost and found?
If you have lost an item at the Marketplace, please email us at with a description of your item and we will do our best to locate the item.
Do you offer special menus, like Gluten-Free and Vegan?
Each vendor procures its own menus. Most have Gluten-free and Vegan options, but you will need to contact each individual vendor specifically for their options.
Can you rent out the Marketplace for events?
The Marketplace is available for rent outside of regular operating hours. For more information, please email: for more details.
Is the Marketplace pet-friendly?
The patio at the Marketplace is pet-friendly for friendly pets on a leash. Service animals are allowed inside and outside the Marketplace. All animals must be accompanied by their owner at all times.
Where is parking?
There is a parking lot directly behind the building with complimentary parking. Additionally, any of the on-street, parallel parking is available at no cost.
Is smoking allowed?
The Marketplace is a smoke-free establishment.
Do you deliver?
Some vendors offer delivery through 3rd Party Services, such as Uber and Door Dash.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?
Marketplace does not have a universal gift card that works for all of the businesses. However, you can purchase directly from the individual vendors.
Join us for Spirit Night at Oh So Sweet Avalon and support Timber Lakes Elementary School.
On Monday, April 6 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM, Oh So Sweet Avalon in the Marketplace will donate 20 percent of all sales to Timber Lakes Elementary.
Stop by for an evening of sweet treats while giving back to the school community. The menu includes ice cream, fudge, edible cookie dough, Dubai chocolate, chocolates, milkshakes, and more.
Bring your friends and family, enjoy a dessert, and help support Timber Lakes Elementary.
